We have been receiving numerous emails regarding the downloads section of our website. After an extensive investigation of the download software and file formats and testing the download feature through numerous web browser sites, we have found that the download software and the file formats are working and there is no issue.

Web Browsers used to test the download include Inrenet Explorer 7 and 8, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome; every web browser displayed the download section and file without issue.

THERE ARE TWO THINGS YOU MUST DO BEFORE YOU ARE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD THE RULES...

1)       You MUST be a website member of iasca.com, with a valid username and password. If your profile is not complete, or if you did not enter valid information in the required fields, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD THE FILES.

2)       You MUST have the Adobe Reader software installed on your computer. The files are in .pdf format and without that software, your computer will not be able to open the file in the window AND will give you an error code.

If you still receive an error code after following these steps, PLEASE email us to let us know and send us a copy of the exact error code (including number) that you are receiving.
