A.S.E. Members join IASCA with the purpose of entering into a community that peaks their interest; to learn more about car audio systems so that they can make better buying decisions and tweak their rides to the max.
Competitor Members are separated into categories; Sound Fanatics (SQ), Loud Freaks (SPL) and Car Show Junkies(Tuner Jam). IASCA provides judging criteria for all of these aspects of competition. Class and Division structures within the categories make for a fair and unbiased evaluation of the best equipped vehicles. IASCA provides competition venues with trained judges who evaluate the vehicle's aftermarket accessories and electronics.
Soundoff Promoters these special people are IASCA judges who perform the awesome tasks of event production. They host contests for competitors to participate at. Not an easy job, but they have a passion for the sport. They often produce contests for car audio dealers as in-store promotions. There are a number of these promoters around the globe and if you feel you have the knack for becoming a promoter, contact us.
Certified IASCA Judges These are the experts, knowledgeable with every subtle nuance of sound, installation prowess and study the IASCA rulebook from cover to cover. These people undergo training in the rules and are certified by IASCA. IASCA judges commit to a Judging Code of Ethics that binds them to their commitment to unbiased evaluation and judgment.
Retail Dealer Members become members to differentiate themselves from ordinary dealers in their markets. They know car audio; they know installation design and vehicle acoustics. They know what fits and why you need it. They know the rules of competition that dictate a properly balanced system and use those rules when suggesting a system for their customers.
Industry Members include: Manufacturers, Distributors and Manufacturer’s Representatives. These members support the efforts of our promotional and educational events, while we provide demographic information gathered from the users of their products.
